Good to know

The cottage offers vaulted ceilings, an open living room that flows into the dining and fully equipped kitchen area. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 1 fully renovated bath with a spa shower system and full tub. Also, a seasonal outdoor shower with rainfall shower head, outdoor dining for 6 with a propane grill, and outdoor patio seating for 6 with a propane fire pit! The interior is thoughtfully designed, sophisticated and fun yet airy and cozy with modern amenities and special touches throughout. Linens and towels are provided and included in the cleaning fee.

*We do not rent to any persons 25 years of age or younger, thank you! * *We charge a $30/per night pet fee-one dog allowed per stay (50lb max)*NO Parking in front of condo (fire lane) Parking spaces are to the left and right of house. *No events or parties allowed. *No smoking. *Quiet time outside 10pm-8am. There are 4 other units located in this cottage community. Please be considerate of your nearby neighbors, thank you!

It was my first time renting a house on the Cape. For my first experience, I am delighted to have rented this place. everything in the description was exactly as listed. The beach house was perfect in the Cape Cod setting. I loved the proximity to the beach by foot. Also able to walk down to a restaurant. Micaran was very responsive and detailed everything perfectly. I would definitely consider renting here again.

This cottage was an absolute joy to stay in! We had 2 adults, 3 kids, and a dog, so definitely cozy, but it was exactly what we were looking for — to be a safe, cute touch down space in between the beach and all the activities we had planned. It was in the perfect location, short walk to the beach! Kids loved the outdoor shower after our daily beach trips and we took advantage of the small outdoor patio for meals and card games. Convenient for dog walking and quick drives to multiple area attractions. Micaran was a great host! Great amenities included and kitchen was well equipped given small size. She was quick and responsive to messages, great recommendations for food, attractions, and things to do. I would add this location is 4 minutes away from one of the cape cod baseball teams and within a half hour of multiple other teams. A free, fun night to take in good baseball with kids. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!

wonderful little cottage that was perfect for our family of 4 to stay in during our visit to the cape. she was a fantastic host and very responsive to any questions that I had. the location is great as well, walkable to beaches and a restaurant

This cottage was really just perfect. Inviting and spotless, felt right at home instantly. Loved the beachy decoration. It's very close to the beach (did not count the steps but 300 seems about right!) and they thought of just about everything you might need. I didn't have a chance to use the bikes or grill (it rained/was chilly most of the time) but they were easy to get too/looked new. LOVED the firepit. Beds were very comfortable, shower was fantastic (good pressure!) I had one issue come up due to a thunderstorm/high winds and they took care of it immediately. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay here -- we had to come back because we enjoyed it so much the first time! It's an extremely peaceful location, minutes from a gorgeous beach with tons of seashells, walkable restaurant, and it's tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main drag, but close enough to it to explore if you so choose! We'll be back again soon, I'm sure! :)

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our family and was very child-friendly for our toddler which can be difficult to find among Airbnbs. The location is wonderful because the beach is a short walk away and there’s a great restaurant and ice cream shop nearby as well. The host was very responsive and helpful.

A nice mini family get away, close to ocean truly only 300 steps away ( husband counted 😊) small space but fits a family of four with two teens well. great backyard outdoor patio space to relax and enjoy sun. Really well stocked with amenities and dog friendly.

Loved our Easter weekend stay. Felt right at home at the cottage. It was such an easy walk to the beach and easy drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Great location for exploring the Cape. Already can't wait to come back! Thank you for hosting us!
