We loved staying at this home. Great location very near to some excellent beaches on the inner cape for families with young children. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances and utensils {a few more dishtowels would be welcome). There are two separate living rooms providing space for a large group to spread out. The patio is delightful and surrounded by a tall hedge for privacy from both traffic on Route 6A, and the occupants of the cabins in the back area. Be aware that the stairways to the second floor are steep and narrow, if you have difficulties with stairs.
Our party consisted of five adults and two small children ( 2 and 5) and we were all comfortable.
I would highly recommend this rental to anyone staying mid-Cape.
