The beautiful grounds of The Salty Doors (formerly Michael’s Cottages) is a little over 1 acre with 1 main farmhouse (2,000 sq ft) and 3 tiny houses (320-360sqft each) all available for rent together. This property is an ideal way to all be together and still have your own space when desired. All spaces have been fully renovated and professionally designed. Historic luxury at its finest! ***Please be advised there is an event/venue charge if used for a specific event (ex- rehearsal dinner, family reunion etc) Guests are responsible for obtaining required permits from town of Brewster if applicable. Venue charge is subject to event and party size. Max Occupany for event of 50 people.

This historic property is located on the famous Old King’s Highway or 6A. One of the oldest roads in America. It is a a few minutes drive to Paine’s Creek Beach, Drummer Boy Park, Cape Cod Museum of Natural History, Kate’s Seafood and more! Old King's Highway, also known as Route 6A, is a 34-mile scenic byway in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. In 2021, the US Department of Transportation named it a National Scenic Byway, making it one of only four in Massachusetts to receive this designation.
