You’ll feel as though you are at the beach as soon as you step inside. Coastal Glam! Open concept living/dining area and vaulted ceilings give this house an airy feel. All of the rooms are thoughtfully decorated and styled. A comfortable work from home space is available in the master bedroom complete with a desk and office chair. Full size appliances allow for easy prepping and cooking. Kids will love the bunk room fully stocked with games, toys, and even their own TV! Enjoy carefree hangouts in the enclosed back yard. Light up the propane fire pit and start a game of corn hole!

We apologize but we do not rent to any persons under 25 years of age. The house accommodates up to 6 adults due to two top bunks (meant for children). Please respect quiet time outside after 10pm. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood. Thank you. **Dogs are welcome! We allow 1 dog only. If you are bringing a dog there is a $30/per day fee. Please crate dog if left unattended in the house and clean up after your dog. I provide a scooper and bags. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture, thank you! **The cleaning fee includes the linen fee as well. All guests accept full liability for use of bikes, fire pit, and grill. Thank you for your consideration and cooperation!
