It has been professionally renovated and designed encompassing a luxurious but Old Cape Cod Captain’s Vibe. It has an original gas fireplace and a brand new 500sqft private patio with seating, dining, and a propane firepit. THIS LISTING INCLUDES THE MAIN FARMHOUSE AND TINY HOME STUDIO (SLEEPING 10) The main house is perfect for two families with small children with two king beds and a separate queen bedroom with a kids bedroom nook. It is also perfect for a friends/adults only getaway (max 6 adults) who would appreciate its timeless vintage decor. *2 bedrooms must climb stairs *Some stairs are old and steep. *Kids twin nook is very small with low ceilings. It’s for children only due to the size. It is a large closet converted to a kids nook. The tiny home studio cottage is 300 sqft and perfect for the grandparents or an additional couple. Brewster Mass is a picturesque seaside town on Cape Cod. Brewster is home to the nationally acclaimed Captains Golf Courses, eleven beaches, tennis and pickleball courts, and a popular dog park. The 1,900-acre Nickerson State Park with numerous trails and ponds is situated in Brewster and the Cape Cod Rail Trail runs through the town.

Please let me know what the cost if you need to refill them, I would like to reimburse you ;) **There is a $500 (2 day) venue charge for professional photography. Your dog is welcome! There is an additional $30/per night pet fee. We ask that you do not allow them on the furniture/beds or bring covers and not leave them unattended in the houses for lengthy periods of time.
