The cottage offers vaulted ceilings, an open living room that flows into the dining and fully equipped kitchen area. The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 1 fully renovated bath with a spa shower system and full tub. Also, a seasonal outdoor shower with rainfall shower head, outdoor dining for 6 with a propane grill, and outdoor patio seating for 6 with a propane fire pit! The interior is thoughtfully designed, sophisticated and fun yet airy and cozy with modern amenities and special touches throughout. Linens and towels are provided and included in the cleaning fee.

*We do not rent to any persons 25 years of age or younger, thank you! * *We charge a $30/per night pet fee-one dog allowed per stay (50lb max)*NO Parking in front of condo (fire lane) Parking spaces are to the left and right of house. *No events or parties allowed. *No smoking. *Quiet time outside 10pm-8am. There are 4 other units located in this cottage community. Please be considerate of your nearby neighbors, thank you!

Guest Access

You’ll have access to the entire cottage, back patio, and front common space courtyard. The front courtyard is the only shared public space.

The cottage is comfortable and clean. Micaran is a wonderful host with great communication - including a check-in the morning after a snow storm to make sure we hadn’t lost power. Everything about the cottage was clearly communicated and we enjoyed the nice touches throughout (including the heated bathroom floor!). Would definitely stay again!

Our brief stay over Thanksgiving was a great getaway. This home was fully equipped with everything we needed, plus extras. It was extremely clean and comfortable, in a safe and very quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and we especially loved the fully renovated shower! Micaran was very quick to respond to my questions---and was proactive with offering assistance if we needed it. Thanks for a great stay!

This is the second Airbnb that we have stayed at of Micaran’s. It is beautiful, cozy and we felt so comfortable there. The place is extremely clean, very quiet. The rain shower was awesome!! The heat worked great on chilly nights. The walk to the beach is only 2 minutes away it was outstanding!!! We wanted a comfy and lux house as we had our dog with us and stayed in most if not all nights. We will definitely be back!

Micaran's cottage is your home away from home! Between it's central location on the cape, close proximity to the beach, and cozy ambiance you simply can't go wrong! Micaran was a fantastic host. She checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well, and gave very detailed instructions. She was quick to inform us that we could check in early, and we didn't even have to ask for that! I would absolutely come back during the on season to enjoy the full benefits of this cottage!

This cottage was like Mary Poppins, Practically Perfect in Every Way. From the initial communication to checking out everything was seamless. The cottage was lovely, peaceful and we felt immediately at home. The bedrooms were very well appointed, beds comfy. The bathroom served us well with a terrific shower. The kitchen had everything you could want and the lounge was great. The WiFi was strong and the TVs had all the popular streaming platforms. All the above allied to a stellar location added up to a fabulous few days on Cape Cod. It's around a 90 minutes to Provincetown and it's 'alternatine' vibe, 20 minutes to Hyannis and ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard in one direction and delightful Chatham in the other both on hwy 28 Returning to Boston we made a more leisurely drive by using Route 6A. This provides a lovely drive through some truly scenic areas until you reach the 6 to get back over the water. 1 observation, a full size ironing board perhaps?
